Community Ambassadors
The Community Ambassador program is a student initiative supported by Off-Campus Student Services and financed through landlords, businesses and community groups to promote a safer, more collaborative community in the off-campus area with students serving as resources for other students, landlords and the university.
Community Ambassadors foster peer-to-peer relationships among students in the off-campus area. The Community Ambassador is a resource and point of contact for students living on their street and, as a group, will plan and complete projects and activities throughout the year. These projects will encompass the entire off-campus area and will be aimed at creating off-campus community.
