Short-Term Housing

Although most leases are 12 month leases, there are a few landlords who are willing to offer short-term leases. Short-term can be anything from one week to 6 months, although most landlords typically prefer a minimum of a 3 month stay. Please note that although these landlords are willing to offer short-term leases, the availability of the apartment is not guaranteed.
