Creative Living is a non-profit organization that operates two wheelchair accessible apartment complexes. The design is for motivated people who desire assisted independent living environments. The unique resident assistant program provides residents with on-call assistance 24-hours a day, 365 days a year. Adults with sever physical disabilities pursue educational goals, become employed and go on to independent futures.
Creative Living Provides:
- Highly independent living environment
- Resident must manage his/her own life
- Staff assistant on duty 24 hours a day
- Easy access to OSU and Columbus State
- Section 8 rent subsidy
Residents Must:
- Be highly motivated
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Meet HUD income requirements
