Off-Campus Student Services keeps in contact with local landlords around the University District and Columbus areas. If a landlord chooses to list their properties with OCSS, they must pay a registration fee and they then become part of the housing listings found with Off-Campus Student Services. OCSS does not visit these properties, so these are not "University Approved" places. OCSS is simply a resource center, providing information on available properties for rent. OCSS also hosts an annual Housing Fair each January. For ratings on local landlords, it may be useful to visit USG, who provides a publication each year, the Renting Guide - Adobe Acrobat File (PDF), which rates landlords based on student responses to an annual survey.
