Mediation
Off-Campus Student Services offers mediation services for registered landlords. If you are having problems with your student tenant(s) and would like to resolve the issues out of court, OCSS in conjunction with the Law School, offers mediation services.
A student tenant can also request mediation between a registered landlord and themselves. Please note, all registered landlords agree to participate in good faith mediation if a situation were to arise.
If you are interested in setting up a mediation, please contact Off-Campus Student Services at 614.292.0100. A mediation session can usually be scheduled 2 to 4 weeks after a request has been made, depending on the parties schedules and the availability of a mediator from the Law School.
