Off-Campus Housing

Neighborhood Services and Collaboration assists students, faculty and staff to help locate off-campus housing in the University District and Columbus areas. In addition, NSC provides roommate services, sublet services, and FREE window/door alarms, among many other resources dealing with living off-campus.  Pleaes keep in mind, NSC is here to support you, whether you attend The Ohio State University, Columbus State, or any other institution. 

Neighborhood Services and Collaboration holds an annual Off-Campus Housing Fair. These fairs allow students, staff, and faculty to gather information from landlords and other off-campus entities for their off-campus experience. Our most recent fair was held on November 29th and 30th. We had approximately 1,000 attendees over the two day event. This Off-Campus Housing Fair was a huge success thanks to our sponsors:

The next Off-Campus Housing Fair will be held November 21st and 22nd, from 12PM-5PM, in the Performance Hall of The Ohio Union.

NSC also holds Roommate Fairs.  The next Roommate Fair will be held on July 12th and August 9th 2013, from 5PM-6PM in room 1000 of The Ohio Union.
