Responsible landlord willing to work with tenants to improve house and make it match needs of tenants. The house is in very good condition. Here's the deal: this house is not core campus (about 15 minute walk to campus) but you get the benefit of a quieter street, great price, and more space. It's worth it. There is a CABS bus stop near the house. |
