Roommate Fairs
Off-Campus Student Services hosts quarterly Roommate Fairs. Student are invited to attend this informal event, which allows fellow students, in a casual environment, to meet potential roommates.
Roommate Fairs are typically held the 6th week of the quarter during the fall, winter and spring. OCSS generally holds at least two Roommate Fairs during the summer quarter, sometimes even three. Roommate Fairs are held in the evening hours in the OCSS office, 15 East 15th Avenue, Columbus, OH 43201. All students who have already advertised their need for a roommate with OCSS will be notified via e-mail and/or phone. OCSS also posts the date of upcoming Roommate Fairs on the website (link to wherever this would be), as well as notifies various University offices and departments and local landlords of the event. Refreshments are served. Students are asked to bring their Buck ID in order to attend the event.
If you are an incoming OSU student without a Buck ID, a Columbus State or other Columbus area student, or feel that your situation should allow you to attend the Roommate Fair, please contact OCSS, 614.292.0100.
