We guarantee a parking space for each parking permit we issue, so you can find a parking spot to park your car at, upon your return. We do not sell more parking permits than what we have available parking spaces for. We promise our tenants, as also stated in paragraph 25 of our lease, that any regular (non-emergency) maintenance requests, entered on our website on a weekday, will be addressed within 24 hours from being entered, most of the time within a few hours. Of course, any emergency requests will be addressed immediately, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
