Dilnavaz serves as the Department Manager for Student Life's Off-Campus and Commuter Student Services at The Ohio State University. Managing the department she works closely with all stakeholders including landlords and property managers, the City of Columbus, community members, law enforcement and various businesses/organizations throughout the University District and Columbus areas in order to provide a wide range of resources for students, faculty and staff at The Ohio State University. She not only works with students as they transition from on-campus living to off-campus living, but also with students as they live off-campus throughout their undergraduate, graduate, and professional careers.
Dilnavaz helps to oversee the entire department, including directing the professional staff and student staff (a staff of 30-40) working on a variety of initiatives, including enhancing town-gown relationships, working to positively impact the commuter retention rate, all while working towards improving the quality of life off-campus.
Dilnavaz is an OSU alumna, having received her bachelors degree and masters degree at The Ohio State University.
