The City of Columbus is a growing city with many resources available. Check out a few below!

  • Experience Columbus: Experience Columbus is a city effort to make sure everyone knows all that Columbus has to offer and is the leading force in creating and revealing the best of the Columbus experience to the world. View their website to see all that Columbus has to offer you!
  • City Parking Permits: If your property manager does not provide parking spaces you may need to park your car on the street. Certain streets require a City Parking Permit, while others offer free parking. Visit the City's Parking website for more information.

  • Columbus 311 Service Center: The City of Columbus 311 Customer Service Center is your one stop shop for all non-emergency city requests. If you have any questions or comments about city services, or if you want to submit a complaint or concern to the City of Columbus, visit go.osu.edu/311.

  • Street Sweeping: The City of Columbus provides street sweeping to many neighborhoods. Not abiding by street sweeping schedules can result in having your car towed. Find out your street sweeping days and more information at Columbus Department of Public Service.

  • Trash and Recycling Collection: Be a good neighbor, properly store trash and recycling containers during the week. The City of Columbus provides trash and recycling collection service to many University area neighborhoods. You can sign up for trash and recycling collection reminders by visiting City of Columbus Refuse. If your trash does not fit in the desingated bin you may need Bulk Trash Collection
  • COTA: If you are registered for calsses at the Columbus campus you can recieve free COTA transportation when paying the applicable fees. COTA busses have transportation throughout Central Ohio. Utilize the Transit App found in all app stores to plan your route.
