Hello, I’m Iris! I am studying abroad next semester, and I am looking to sublease my room in a 3 bedroom, 1 bath townhouse on W Blake Avenue. The move-in and move-out dates are flexible. The rent is $700 + gas & electric a month. I live with two other girls who are really amazing, clean, and studious, and our area is not super loud or rowdy. - Washer and dryer available - Free street parking (2 spots in the back but my roommates each have cars, but they can potentially be moved around) - No pets Also, one of my roommates will be moving out after this year, so if you like staying here for the spring, you can sign a lease to stay for the 27-28 school year.
