As a family business we know how important a child's safety is to a parent. While we cannot obviously guarantee safety, we do what is in our power to provide a safer living environment to our residents. All of our homes have dusk to dawn LED security lights installed all around the perimeter. These lights are expensive, but they make the exterior of the home very bright which can deter potential break ins. All of our homes come with fire extinguishers and carbon monoxide detectors on every floor, fire escape ladders and smoke detectors in all bedrooms. There are deadbolts on all exterior doors and door locks on all bedrooms. In addition you will get a monthly walk through. During this thorough walk through you will get a furnace filter change as well as an inspection to make sure that everyone is using the home in a safe manner. Sometimes you may be unaware of certain dangers and we will inform you when it is appropriate. We know of no other landlord on campus who does this.
