Wellness Wednesday: I have no idea what I'm doing! Overcoming Imposter Syndrome

Date: Wednesday, January 24, 2024, noon - 1 p.m.

Location: Ohio Union - Great Hall Meeting Room 3 (1st Floor)

The Student Wellness Center will share with our graduate and professional student community about the barriers to success and how imposter syndrome can play a negative role in their personal and professional goals. In this interactive presentation, participants will define symptoms of stress, identify barriers to success, and work towards overcoming feelings of self-doubt by learning and more in-depth about imposter syndrome and strategies to combat the negative inner critic.
