The university recognizes the past several weeks may have been disruptive to Lawrence Tower resident’s Ohio State experience and, looking ahead to spring semester, the university anticipates ongoing renovations will be required. Understanding that this may require additional temporary relocation of residents and potential continued disruption to those living in Lawrence Tower, the building will not be utilized for housing in spring semester

The Ohio State University Off-Campus Housing Network establishes certain criteria (PDF) for off-campus property owners. Those property owners that commit to meeting these criteria will be considered in-network.

Off-Campus Living Sessions
In partnership with Student Legal Services, Off-Campus Living Sessions are a great way to be better prepared for:
- The housing search process
- The transition to off-campus living
Please note that the following Off-Campus Living Sessions are intended for students, and/or families of students, who are looking for immediate housing or housing for spring 2025. Those interested in a general Off-Campus Living Session should register for the December 2nd session here.

Students can utilize the online roommate search by submitting and reviewing current roommate ads through offcampus.osu.edu.
