The apartment address is 164 East Ninth Ave and it is owned by Shelby management. It is a 3 bed one bath apartment and we are looking to assign it to 2-3 people. Utilities are not included in the rent but there is a washer and dryer in the unit as well as a fully functional kitchen. We have lived there for a year and we have had no problems with management or the area. The reason we are moving out is that I am living with new people for the coming academic year.
