Posting this ad for anyone interested in living in a 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, spacious apartment at 2135 Iuka Ave. About an 18 minute walk to Ohio State's campus, with a great view of the Iuka Ravine from the apartment. It is managed by hometeam properties, and is technically a "lease takeover". This means that we would work with the hometeam office and once you are approved, your name gets written on the lease for the remainder of the time period (Jan-July) and mine gets taken off. Hometeam switched to this method earlier this year, so you no longer need to deal with the some of the gray area headaches that come with just "subleasing".
