This is at THE GRIFF Student Apartments (https://www.thegriffosu.com/), located about 1 mile from OSU main campus. It's probably the most luxurious Ohio State apartment. I and my roommate are moving back home for summer. But this is a spacious *four-bedroom* apartment, all with private bathrooms and walk-in closets, so you can move in solo, with another roommate, or with up to three other roommates. (Just two of us haved lived here this school year.) You will only be paying for the bedroom(s) you are renting. Actual cost I pay is $965 per month, but I am willing to subsidize my monthly rent by $200 (per month - for 3 months) so I can get out of my lease early. I have to be back in Los Angeles for a summer internship. Our unit is located in quieter part of the complex near the sundeck. There is a pool and firepits, lounges and offices/computer work stations on site, as well as a gym. You can extend the lease if you choose to stay.
