Hello! I am graduating and moving out of state for a job so am looking for someone to take over the last 6-months of my lease. This is a 1-bedroom 1- bath apartment located at 233 King Ave, which is about a 10-15 minute walk from the Union. There is in-unit laundry, central A/C, a dishwasher, a large closet in the bedroom, a parking lot in the back with spaces which can be purchased, and pets are allowed with a pet fee. The unit is fully renovated with wood floors and an island with granite countertops. Also, the property is managed by Hometeam.
